Wings of Wonder, a longtime raptor rehabilitation facility in Empire, Mich., is partnering with the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians to transform into the Migizi Eagle Aviary and Rehabilitation Center. This week, the non-profit facility announced its transition from the hands of retiring founder Rebecca Lessard into the care of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians.
